Sometimes I obsess over the new wrinkles on my face. My lip wrinkles are driving me bat shit crazy. I wish my hair was longer, I wish I weighed less and on and on. I lose track of what’s important sometimes and I’m slammed back into reality. The sunshine on my face, having the energy to workout. Having my family around me daily. A roof over my head and food on my table. I don’t have to stress to pay my bills. All of this just to say, I am so fortunate to have lived 51 years. I’m grateful for every single day. I want to consciously wake up and focus on gratitude. I lost that somewhere along the way. Be thankful for each day. I’m done with the negative self-talk.
