RETURNS | If something from your order didn’t work out, no problem! We love what we do, and we want you to love your items. We know finding the right fit can sometimes be tough, so we offer easy returns to make it easy for you to explore our shop with confidence. For US returns please have the email and order number ready and enter our Return Portal Here.

Return Shipping & Return Assurance

At checkout, customers now have the option to purchase Return Assurance for $2.98. This gives you free return or exchange shipping if needed later.

If you did not opt in at checkout, the return portal will automatically charge $9.98 for the return shipping label.

Please note: If you opted in for Return Assurance, you must use the return portal to generate your return label. Mailing your return using a personal label will not be recognized as part of the coverage and will void the free return benefit.


Exchange Options

Exchanges are now available through the return portal! If you select an exchange, you’ll receive a refund in the form of store credit and can use that to place an order for your new item. Exchange orders include free outbound shipping.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin your return or exchange, visit our return portal:

You’ll need to enter your order number and the shipping zip code associated with your order. Once you’re in the portal, you’ll be guided through a few simple steps:

  • Select the specific item(s) you want to return or exchange from your order.
  • Provide a brief reason for each item you're sending back — this helps us track quality and fit concerns.
  • Choose whether you’d like to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange for something else (store credit).

  • Follow the remaining prompts to confirm your method (return or exchange), generate a return label if applicable, and complete the process.

  • Once the return has been requested, you will have 14 days to send out the return/ exchange. Failure to send out the item(s) for an exchange will result in a charge for the new exchange item. This means If you purchased a small and requested an exchange for a medium but don’t return the small within 14 days, you’ll be charged for the medium. 

If you opted in for Return Assurance at checkout, the return shipping will be free. If not, the portal will charge $9.98 for the return label.

Once we get your items back your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days, usually much faster, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once it's refunded. Please note all final sale items are not eligible for return. (See list below) We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, damage, or are Final Sale items. If you are shipping your order back to us you must include the order number inside. If you are returning items from multiple orders, each order number must be included inside your return. Failure to include your order number will delay your refund.

We sell out of your favorites quickly, if you need a new size, we suggest you make a purchase for the new size and return the original.

FINAL SALE ITEMS | There’s a little pink call out on the product page of every final sale item, in your bag when checking out, and listed in Black on your order confirmation email. Double-check this before you add an item to your bag. Final Sale Items Include:

SALES AND RETURNS | Discount not applicable upon return. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.

FINAL SALE | Items returned that are final sale or are damaged will be shipped back to the customer at their expense or donated locally by 3BN. Final sale items and/or items damaged by use are not eligible for a refund.

Be sure you read the list of final sale items above to ensure that you do not send back a non-returnable item. Final sale items, or items outside of the return window, will be sent back so we'd love to avoid this

STEP 2. CREATE A RETURN
Initiate your return using our online portal to receive your RMA.

STEP 3. PREPARE YOUR RETURN
Neatly package and return the shipment to us. You MUST include your original order number, contact information, and reasons for return. All items must be in original garment  packaging, tags attached with no signs of wear.
